This ninety minute consultation is for women who have left, or are in the process of safely disengaging from, a narcissistic or psychologically coercive relationship and are seeking structured, body-based recovery support.
The focus of this session is stabilisation, understanding the impact on the nervous system and body, and identifying appropriate next steps for recovery.
Consultations will be held via Zoom.

Burnout is often described as exhaustion, but for many people it is far more than feeling tired. It is the experience of a nervous system that has been under sustained pressure for too long.
When stress continues without adequate recovery, the body begins to adapt in ways that affect energy, sleep, concentration, decision-making, and emotional stability.
